Customer service is crucial to all businesses, all customer orientated jobs will require excellent customer service skills to ensure that customer receives a good experience. The skills gained will allow you to apply for most jobs within many industries.

Our Apprenticeships are 100% focused on getting you the in the best condition to Earn & Learn at the same time in a job that matters to you as we understand that finding work can be a daunting task. Our friendly and qualified tutors and apprenticeship specialists will help you overcome barriers to employment and will help make your transition into work life a smooth process. Learners must achieve 74 credits in total. 27 credits must be achieved from the mandatory units (M) and a minimum of 14 credits must be achieved from Group A. The remaining 33 credits may be taken from either Group A or Group B.

Who is this course for?

These Apprenticeships are designed for individuals who are 16-19 years of age and between 19-24 years of age who are looking to gain an NVQ whilst working and also earning at the same time.

What will you get out of it?

After completing the apprenticeship you will have the skills and certificates necessary to get a job and retain a job.

Our Apprenticeships are absolutely free. To get a place, you first need to register for an Assessment Day below at one of our training centres. Just pick the most convenient place and time for you, and then turn up with your documentation

Proof of ID: passport or birth certificate .
Proof of benefits: JSA award letter from JCP or bank statement showing your JSA payment not older than 2 months.
Proof of address).
If you can prove your eligibility by bringing in all the necessary documents and you pass the initial assessment exam, you will be invited to enrol into the course. We’ll drop you an e-mail explaining the things you need to bring after you’ve chosen your time and place.


In order to qualify for our free courses, you need to be:

BETWEEN 16 & 24 years when you start the course at Innolearn
Resident in the UK or EU for the past 3 years with the right to work in the UK
